Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before purchasing or accessing the Discipline OS community ("Community") operated through Skool.By purchasing a subscription or accessing the Community, you agree to these Terms.---1. MEMBERSHIP & ACCESS
Your subscription grants you access to the Community for as long as your payments remain active. If your payment fails or is cancelled, your access will automatically end.---2. PAYMENTS, BILLING & FREE TRIALS
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. This is a recurring subscription; you will be billed automatically according to the plan you selected. Yearly plans require manual renewal.If a free trial is offered, the trial period and its length will be shown at checkout. Your paid subscription begins automatically at the end of the trial unless you cancel prior to the trial’s expiration through the Stripe customer portal or the cancellation link provided in your confirmation email. Leaving or exiting the Skool group does NOT cancel your subscription.We will send confirmation emails when your trial converts to a paid subscription and on each renewal. You are responsible for ensuring that your payment information is up-to-date to avoid failed payments.---3. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
All sales are final. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, you must cancel your subscription through the Stripe customer portal or cancellation link provided in your confirmation email before your next billing date. Leaving the Skool community or contacting us via email does not automatically cancel your subscription unless we confirm it in writing. To cancel your membership at any time, login to your stripe portal and terminate your subscription.If you believe a charge is made in error, contact us first at [email protected] so we may resolve the issue. We reserve the right to provide Stripe or your card issuer with evidence (including Skool invite timestamps, access logs, confirmation emails, and billing metadata) in any dispute.---4. COMMUNITY RULES
You agree not to:* Harass other members
* Share community content outside the group
* Disrupt or harm the community environmentWe reserve the right to remove members who violate these rules, with no refund.---5. CONTENT OWNERSHIP
All content inside the Community is owned by Dan Zakaria. You may not copy, share, or distribute any content without written permission.---6. RESULTS DISCLAIMER
We do not guarantee any specific personal, behavioral, or lifestyle results. Individual progress varies.---7. TERMINATION
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you violate these Terms.---8. DISPUTES & CHARGEBACKS
If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us at [email protected] before filing a chargeback. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may not result in a refund and may delay resolution. We will provide Stripe or your card issuer with proof of service delivery, including timestamps, Skool invites, access logs, confirmation emails, and correspondence.---9. EVIDENCE OF DELIVERY
We maintain logs showing when accounts were created, when Skool invites/emails were sent, and when users accessed the Community. These logs serve as proof of service delivery.---10. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
These Terms are governed by the laws of Dubai. Any dispute arising from these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Dubai. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of these courts.---11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the Community or these Terms is limited to the amount you paid in the six months prior to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages.---12. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dan Zakaria and Discipline OS (and their officers, affiliates, and agents) from any claim, loss, damage, or liability (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Community.---13. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
